Privacy policy

  1. According to the act from 29 August 1997 on protection of personal data (uniform text, Law Journal No. 101 from 2002, item 926, with later changes), personal data given by the Customer are processed and used by VEDARA bio cosmetic labs Diana Kosareva NIP:7822259360 REGON:145477712, Warsaw, 39/4 Sielecka, by means of the online Shop, working under the Internet address
  2. VEDARA is an administrator of the personal data, which are recorded with due diligence and are properly protected from the access of unauthorized persons.
  3. The Customer agrees to passing his personal data to entities cooperating with VEDARA, which mediate in execution of orders (especially, courier companies, postal operators).
  4. Personal data of the Customer will not be shared for the marketing purposes or sold to third parties.
  5. The Customer has the right to have access to his/her data, and to demand to correct, complete or remove them.
  6. VEDARA keeps and processes the following data of the Customers: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address (street, house number, flat number, postal code, city, country), delivery address (street, house number, flat number, postal code, city, country), in case of companies, additionally, a company’s data (name, address, NIP, REGON).
  7. All personal data are given voluntarily, and agreeing to processing those data is a condition for execution of an order. If the Customer does not agree with the Privacy Policy, please, do not buy the products, offered within the framework of the VEDARA activity.
  8. Data that are collected during correspondence (by means of a contact form, telephone, e-mail, etc.) between VEDARA and the Customer, will be used exclusively to answer questions or execute an order.
  9. The Customer may voluntarily give the separate consent for receiving trade information by e-mail, to a given e-mail address, about products and services offered by VEDARA.
  10. In case of a control of the General Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection, workers of the Inspectorate may be given the access to the Customer’s data, in accordance with the act on personal data protection.


Cookies Policy

  1. The service does not collect any pieces of information automatically, except for the information included in cookies files.
  2. Cookies files are information data, especially, text files, which are stored in the final device of the User of Service and are meant for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain a name of a website, from which they come, time of storing them in the final device and a unique number.
  3. The entity, placing cookies files on the final device of the Service User, and having the access to them, is the operator of the Service
  4. Cookies files are used for:
  • adjusting contents of the Service websites to preferences of the User, and optimizing websites using; what is the most important, the files allow to recognize a device of the Service User and to view a website, adjusted to his/her individual needs;
  • production of statistics, which help to understand the way, in which the Service Users use the websites, what allows to improve their structure and contents;
  • maintaining the Service User session (after logging in), due to which, the User does not have to enter the login and password again on every sub-page of the Service.
  1. Within the framework of the Service, there are used two basic kinds of cookies files: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files, which are stored in the final device of the User to the moment of logging out, leaving a website or closing the software (internet browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the final device of the User for a definite time, in the parameters of cookies files, or to the moment of removing them by the User.
  2. Within the framework of the Service, there are uses the following kinds of cookies files:
  • strictly necessary cookies, allowing to use services, available in the Service, e.g. authentication cookies, used for services requiring authentication in the Service;
  • security cookies, ensuring safety, e.g. used for detecting abuses in authentication within the framework of the Service;
  • performance cookies, allowing to gather the information about the way of using the Service websites;
  • functionality cookies, allowing to remember settings, chosen by the User, and personalization of the Users interface, e.g. a choice of language of region the User comes from, size of font, web design, etc.;
  1. In many cases, software used for browsing the websites (internet browser) allows a default storing of cookies in the final device of the User. The Service Users may change the setting of cookies at any time. The settings may be changed especially in a way that would block automatic service of cookies in the internet browser settings, or inform about their storing in the Service User’s device, every time.   2. The Service Operator informs that limitations on cookies usage may affect some functionalities, available on the Service websites.
  3. Cookies placed on the final device of the Service User, may be also used by advertisers and partners, cooperating with the Service operator.
